Refund Policy
In order to successfully get your refund, all cancellation requests must be submitted via the Online Support Request Form. This requirement is to validate the request to protect the interests of the account holder. Once the request is received and verified, your request will be processed and refunded within 24 hours, no questions asked.

Domain registration fees will be deducted from any refund. This is a necessity to prevent individuals from ordering our services then later cancel for the purpose of obtaining a Domain registration at our expense.
*Note: Only applies to master accounts, not resold accounts, special setup accounts or domain registrations. If you received a FREE domain registration with any account $20.00/year will be withheld from the refund to cover the domain registration term.
