I am a rookie at webpage, What Size Page?
What size to you make you page layout and image?
I did it at 1280 X 1024 and it looked good on FIREFOX on my 17″ monitor, on IE it was a hair small. But I went to a friends house who has a 21″ monitor and it was repeating and the items did not line up.
I am using WEB STUDIO 5.0 for the page building and my host is GATOR
If you’re going to code it for a certain size, I would suggest that you start out by making a blank DIV, which is that size.
Then everything else resides in that DIV, so that you don’t have issues like that.
Personally I design pages to be more fluid, so that if they’re on a 17″ monitor, the layout doesn’t change much if they switch to a 21″ monitor.
