Where can I possibly setup & create a free website to market and advertise an online business?
Yahoo charges about $34.95/year and stores only 1 email, versus $9.95/month + $25.00 startup fee, but will store up to 10 emails. However, if I use Web Hosting ~ I’d have to pay $11.95/month ($25 startup fee waived) but I’ll be able to store up to 1000 business emails.
What I’m really looking for is a way to create a business website with at least a small or no startup fee that could filter into Amazon and Ebay and vice versa just like my PayPal account (into Ebay). Is that a possibility?

With web 2.0 social sites, there are a ton of options, from what you’ve said it sounds like http://www.squidoo.com would be exactly what you’re looking for. You could also try setting up a free blog.
